Gresham 4 Wheel Drive & Alignments

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel other Jeep owners should know about my experience. In June 2025, I paid approximately $5,000 to have a new lift kit, a long-arm conversion, and an alignment installed on my Jeep. After picking it up, the vehicle did not drive correctly. I returned it three separate times, and each time it came back driving worse than before. After months of frustration, I took my Jeep to Jeep West in Estacada for a second opinion. They discovered that the new lift kit I had paid for had not actually been installed—the original lift kit was still on the vehicle. After a great deal of negotiation, Gresham 4Wheel Drive refunded my money. While I appreciate that they ultimately made the financial situation right, it came only after significant time, stress, and inconvenience. I then had Jeep West perform the work correctly, and the difference was immediate. My Jeep now drives better than it ever has. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Gresham 4Wheel Drive for suspension work.

I had problems with my lifted Jeep. I was experiencing a lot of wobble on my steering wheel as I was going to San Diego from Vancouver, Canada. I arrived and waited at the shop before they opened and was taken in after I explained my situation. They were able to take me in and fix my wobble with a good alignment done. Cyrus was the technician. He was not only good, but a serious Jeeper himself (in fact everyone at the shop owns jeeps!) no explanation needed. There is recently a limited badge of honors trail near this shop. The trail is not difficult at all, but just in case, you might wanna visit them after hitting the trails if you come from afar. Also, I am sure they can help you with any suspension problems. This place should be marked as a Jeep friendly shop!👍

We had to have our lift removed due to a federal work requirement. We found out on Friday, and they were able to get us in on Monday. They had all the parts needed except for one, which we were able to find over the weekend on our own through a third party seller. They accepted the part we found, and our truck was finished by Monday afternoon. We're so happy with the result, and we feel the price was very fair. We'll be coming back here in a few years after our works assignment to put our lift back on.

A big thanks to the guys at Gresham 4 Wheel Drive. Listened to my needs and made suggestions on Lift and tire size I would need. They did an excellent job installing a Metal Cloak 2.5 lift. Excellent Service and work. I will use them again in the future.

Gresham 4wd is your number 1 shop for any kind of vehicle needs. I recently brought my truck in due to a poorly installed suspension, Gresham 4wd did a free inspection and showed me what exactly was wrong and what was needed. I had a great experience working with Moses! He ordered all the necessary parts for my truck, he was fast, honest, and efficient. The labor crew was really friendly and got my truck dialed and back on the road very quickly. If you are looking to get any new parts on your vehicle that will be installed professionally and efficiently, Gresham 4wd is your shop. If you want to be a penny pincher and expect top quality work for a cheap price, then keep it rolling✌🏾 I will definitely be taking any of my personal vehicles back to Gresham 4wd for any future work. 11/10 experience.
